Aduana will take them. See Ley de Estupefacientes Nº 23.737 and Decree No. 722/91. But it is BS as the Decree states something like "psychological dependence" which poppers do not have! Poppers are simple aphrodisiac that got mixed up with a whole bunch of things in Argentinian law. It is also true that they don't take any notice of leather cleaner products. So even of they don't like to have to poppers like RUSH then you can even see poppers in BA but RUSH, no.
