I'm planning to travel from Japan to Taiwan around the month after next, and I'd like to buy some poppers while I'm there.
Will they get confiscated during airport security checks or something?
I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me.
Also, does anyone know any good popper shops in Taiwan they could recommend?

Possibly not a good idea, man! Poppers are prohibited in Japan. I also doubt there are any "poppers shops" good or otherwise, in Taipei, more under the counter sort of deal. Sounds sketchy to me, give it a miss, can be a lot of hassles from this. You need to ask: do I want to buy poppers this much?

Japan is a strange country. All sorts of crazy stuff going on but also very strict and ordered. Land of mystery. Barry is spot on...would not advise testing boundaries as "grey area" doesn't exist. Poppers are banned, poppers are banned. End of. Not same same in Pattaya, but also banned there. Poppers are banned in Korea too, another place where it is bad news to go into any "grey area" Anyone know about Singapore??
