Is this website legit? Asked them some questions and they responded initially. Then just disappear. I am afraid if I place an order they just don't ship and don't answer to msg. Anyone had experience recently?

Makes me furious! I email a retailer (in this case pre owned crocodile leather handbags) and wait for hours for a reply. The email chain is over 2 months and there are 100s of emails. Yesterday she replied in 27 minutes, but over the weekend of 19/20th April...nothing! I am reconsidering my purchase, I have questions regarding the clasp, and whether the rabbit foot attachment on the strap is a later addition by the previous owner. It is my suspicion that certain ladies in the 1970s indicated their profession by attaching a rabbit root to the strap of their bag! The same ladies might be seen loitering with intent in the lobby of well known hotels. Caveat emptor indeed.

Used to buy from BRO before the initial shutdown, then moved to order from BNO. Several successful orders both places, but now that BNO has fully moved back over to BRO, I'm skeptical. It does not seem that they carry nearly the same EU Imports or as many, which is all I really cared for. Wish the stock would return or I could find a place for EU Imports I trusted.
