Tantalizingly...not a word that you usually find in a serious paper. It means: I have no idea! but I have a word count to meet. The information is mostly gleaned from trademark registrations and corporate filings. A brief read (so I don't get my ass kicked again by Kip) shows there are many historical errors, and the bulk, when not quoting publicly available corporate data about the popper industry, are rewrites of things said many times before. Poppers will never be legalized, Tim. in fact given current events they are likely to get banned; it is just that the bible bashers and "new right" have not got them in their line of vision...yet. Kennedy has spoken about them and swallowed Hank Wilson's well meant, but completely false, bullshit.
