There are plenty of sex shops in Rome, even a Mr B if I remember correctly. If they are selling poppers openly I doubt, but for sure they have them in the store...hehehe...so, that is video head cleaner, Rush, leather cleaner, and a smile. Usually works, unless you look shifty, or up to no good, and the shop worker doesn't like the look of you. Do not speak in Italian, but be polite.
