Just wanted to make it know to this community about the dealings I experienced with Don/Jerome/Poppersx.
I've been in communication with this guy through emails for the past few months. We chatted about me wanting to find the original amyl jungle juice stuff from 10+ years back. He was only making whatever at that time so a month or two passed by without hearing from him.
1.5 months ago he emailed me and stated that he now was making and stocking amyl so I placed and order. Purchased an order for all 3 of his cleaners for just over $60usd. Sent him cash app immediately but noticed that my order number had changed and was now off by 1 number. I literally looked at the email confirmation, opened cash app and then immediately reopened the confirmation and it was off by 1 number. I emailed and let him know. At that time, no big deal.
I get tracking a few days later. Item was sent to a town a few hours away from me. He claims he has no idea who that person was. I triple checked my shipping info, it's all legit. He claimed that he sent a second package, but he didn't provide me with any tracking for that. It obviously never showed up. 3rd times a charm right? Nope! He sent out another tracking number after a month of dealing with my order, and tracking ends in Ohio. No updates, no nothing. I email and asked him to check on the package and he gets pissy with me saying he sent it 3 times and I'll have to wait till the 1st of the month to issue me a refund. Okay, that was 2 weeks ago. It's now the 3rd, I just reached out to him and he is now blowing me off and said he sent it 3 times and I'm shit out of luck.
I'm okay with being ripped off, it's only $60 bucks. Just putting this out here so others don't get ripped off by this guy's scam.
I do have every email from this guy, he was a pretty nice guy to deal with until I emailed him today about a refund (that he said he was going to issue).
Live and learn, stay the hell away from poppersx.

Dang - I just put in an order on May 24th, tracking was sent out to me on the 25th, and now the tracking goes dead after the 29th. Reached out to his email and whatsapp this morning and no response yet. Let's see what happens! He had mentioned that tracking info was sparse since he changed shipping process but I'm only out about $50 if I never get it. Been on the hunt for anything "good" that reminds me of the original stuff from the 80s when I first started huffing from the little brown bottle!

desertscorpio, I hope you receive your order too. There was a guy on here that mixed all 3 of poppersx offerings together and said that was really good. But sadly, there's really nothing out there that I have found that works like the old stuff.

Finally heard back from don/Jerome/poppersx after inquiring about my order/refund today. His exact words were... "maybe I should be emailing the person that owes me a refund". Mind you, we have an email chain 40 pages deep by now and that's where I replied. Sad that we have these types of people in this community. All I want is my order. He claims he's broke, can't issue a refund. But it's not about the money to me. I just want my order. He can resend my order, to the correct address if he's competent enough and file a claim with usps to get a refund on what he claims he shipped thus far. He'd be out zero money and still make my order right. I guess he's not into Word of Mouth or repeat customers 🤷.
I'm just laughing at the fact that he messaged me saying I should email the person that owes me a refund. Like dude... its you!, ya fukn rat!

BigOx425 - Well at least he's responding to you! I haven't heard a word back since emailing yesterday and using the whatsapp option he has on the website, still hoping to see something in my mailbox in the next few days.

In all fairness to him, I can't say for sure I've been "scammed" yet. Just that it's taking wayyyy longer than I expected to get 2 bottles. I've had poppers from Europe get through customs and delivered to my door quicker. I live in a major metro area and not some rural out on the farm address. I did get a tracking email from USPS with an expected delivery date which went by several days ago. But not responding to a customer for a potentially missing order doesn't send a good vibe. Once again, just to be fair in my case I can't say I've been scammed but maybe the shipping process and overall customer service needs to be revisited. He's a one man shop and just recently on his website he is displaying large bulk orders that are now available for shipping so I get the feeling that he still wants to be "in the business" ?

For Big OX: I have a feeling its not going to matter what I do to please you, but I will try one more time. I don't remember your order number or your name/address/anything if you'll remind me I will send you a bottle of every kind I make.
As for the the other guy talking smack, what the update eh? You must be the guy I shipped the same order to 3 fucking times then shipped it YET AGAIN 3 day FedEx AT MY EXPENSE (somewhat my expense, you chipped in 10$.......)

It is not funny, here are so many post which describe the same problem: after the payment the problems start:
No shipping number, pay for fedex extra- shipping with usps Standard, shipment never recieved, no answer or replacement.... 3 order - 1 recieved all bottles broke...

ive been treated very unfairly here, its not my fault shipping providers are crap, ive always sent out orders on time and packed well, sure i had some issues with packing in the beginning but that was due to faulty lids. my products are top notch and i'm even giving away 30 free bottles to prove it! what else do you want!?!?!?

Not sure why the mod (mam) edited my post header? I think people should beware of this guy. He's sent some pretty effed up messages to me, and as a business owner trying to keep a customer, that's a huge red flag.
So here's my update for poppersx.com... it took a month and a half but I finally received my order. I had to play nice with this kid through his bs emails to me stating its not his problem blah blah blah. He requested an additional $10 in shipping. After I sent him the $10 I had my package in 3 days. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
He originally screwed up my address. It was posted correctly on my order clear as glass. He screwed it up 3 TIMES! Definitely byer beware!!!

Shipping labels are generated automatically I don't enter those details at all. So either you messed up your own address (not likley) or USPS dropped the ball, again... but yeah go ahead blame me and ruin my reputation thanks for that. I'll remember that next time I have to deal with a difficult customer, as in I will not deal with them at all, they will be promptly refunded if possible, what is the point in shipping out order after order and only getting paid for it once, and STILL getting dissed on when they finally get it and it was not my fault at all for the delays?? yeah fuck that and fuck you.
