BE FUCKING AWARE.

There is no such thing as "jack@popersguide.com" email returnes as undeliverable.
After setting up an order at "Liquid aroma Power", I have recieved

NOTHING and no replies to my enquiries or tracking order number.

My credit card has now being used in France for unaurthorized purchases.

Yes, I've noticed that too. I emailed Jack as well a long time ago and no reply. Think it's just a fake. Sorry about your card getting stolen

yes due to a mail server screw up, thanks for the heads up.

As for the other stuff, you should take it up with the retailer. It sounds very unlikely to me.
