Totally banned, my friend. They will not pass Narita, you may, or may not, get a letter informing that your poppers have been confiscated. Japan is probably the only country, oh wait Canada too, that prohibits poppers. Still, you have a great food, Tokyo is AMAZING! and you have a good life. Relatively speaking the lack of poppers is no biggie, bite the pillow

I brought popper on my suitcase trought the airport and nothing happened. I just need to find an online shop that send it.
