Yeah, don't huff the trash that's out on the market now. Full of impurities. Lay off the fake poppers and try some weed or something for a while. See if your panels change?

My RBC's were around 3(normal 4 to 6)while I was doing poppers. Laid off for a couple months and it bounced back up to over 4.
