I am wondering if any of you have actual experience with using Nitroglycerin for the same effects primarily the relaxation of the anus.
They both cause the creation of Nitric Oxide in the blood that in which triggers the relaxation of smooth muscles.
Any advise would be welcomed.

I think it is also used in the treatment of angina, so the same action as amyl nitrite? From what I can gather it can come in the form of a gel, and is used as erectile dysfunction treatment.
