I'm sure the Enterprise's replicators could produce the perfect poppers. Give me that and I'd never leave the holodeck.

The original Star Trek series (1967-69) is superb, all subsequent attempts are pale shadows of perfection. The catastrophic decision to cast David Tennant as Dr Who in 2005 shows what can happen to great art! True Whovians deny the existence of any episodes post-2005.

I have in my abode a replica of the original K9, it has been converted into a drinks trolley. I have various items of interest to Dr Who lovers, however those interested in said items must qualify by way of a short test, to prove their knowledge, otherwise they may not own these sacred items.

It's TREK, not TRECK, huh? said on Sat, 23 Sep 2023 at 18:12...

There's Klingons on the starboard bow, starboard bow, starboard bow;
there's Klingons on the starboard bow, starboard bow, Jim.

Star Trekkin' across the universe,
On the Starship Enterprise under Captain Kirk.
Star Trekkin' across the universe,
Boldly going forward, and things are getting worse!

You know what? script writers, when they are not on strike, sometimes add hidden jokes, maybe that is what you mean/ cannot think that Star Trek would openly show poppers haha...HA.

cannot think that Star Trek would openly show poppers

Why so???

Poppers are openly shown in the following popular entertainments:

Agatha Christie (Poirot novel)
Colombo (US detective)
Hannibal Lector film....and that is just the top of my head.
