Find a proper disposal company and tell them you are making room odorizers. They will take the waste away for free, possibly refine it if they understand you're really talking about poppers.

I think its safe enough to put down the drain if I neutralize it (bring ph to ~7) then its just water and salt, unless my stoichiometry is wrong

wait until your neighbors go on holiday, then tip it on their flower beds...nothing will grow ever! if you put manure all over your garden then you will see good results, resulting in envious looks over the fence (I favor razor wire) you should also collect weed seeds in the Fall and when they go Christmas shopping nip over and distribute in flower boxes and on the lawn. if they have CCTV dress up like santa claus, and if there is any drama claim your doctor changed your medication, and you believe there are snakes living in the bushes. Good times!
