Hi all, I had originally marketed my product as 100% amyl nitrite as that is what I thought it was, due to its boiling point and colur. (there was some information posted on wikipedia with some details on the various formulations of poppers but it has sense been removed...) BUT I believe that is it actually isoamyl nitrite. I am terribly sorry for the misinformation, I don't like being wrong and do my best to avoid it whenever I can.

On another note, I will be making butyl nitrite as soon as I get the new induction sealed bottles, which might be today.

What is wrong with isoamyl nitrite?

nothing is wrong with it afaik. Supposedly its been linked to developing temporary blind spots with heavy use. If that is true or not I'm not sure, I've used it quite heavily and I never got any.

I just really don't like being wrong.

And someone was asking here about stuff that was defiantly NOT isoamly awhile ago and I of course replyed saying my stuff wasn't.

These are all lies. Meaningless alchemy without a REAL assay made by scientists.

And that's going to cost you like a grand. So good luck.

I think you may be referring to isopropyl nitrite?

Do not worry about Nitritespecialist. He is not qualified.

Red flags all over the place here

I don't understand how somebody could not know what they were making. If you bought Amyl alcohol you made Amyl nitrite, if you bought Isoamyl alcohol you made Isoamyl nitrite.

What if you used isopropanol?

I have been making small batch 120 to 150 ml of amyl pentyl butyl and iPa for more than the last decade, it's not rocket science, it can however be dangerous, if you have no clue how chemistry works or if you're a millennial you should stay away, being stupid careless reckless can get you dead

Oh yeah, ps , Nitritespecialist sounds like a possible millennial, arrrgh
