It depends on how you care for the poppers. For example, keeping a bottle in a warm humid place will cause them to go stale much faster and they will be prone to evaporation.

I keep mine in the door of the fridge standing upright and usually they stay good for a few months. I know people who keep them in the freezer but that's overkill in my opinion. Just be sure to get the chemical back up to room temp before use to let the gasses inside the bottle build for a more potent hit.

Also, try to minimize the amount of time that the bottle is open.
