I can get hold of tert-butyl nitrite powder.

I also have access to butanol and other alcohols like amyl alcohol.

How do I turn the tert BN into poppers?

That's a hard question to answer, mostly because the product named tert-Butyl nitrite is a LIQUID Alkyl nitrite (commonly referred to as poppers).

It sounds like your have some powder. tert-Butyl nitrite is liquid, so you aren't likely to get a response.
