I recall on another forum someone who isn't you mentioned that isobutyl is a better hit than the classic amyl.
I myself have enjoyed isobutyl nitrite for years as amyl was just not available; would you care to elaborate in quick and dirty lay terms on the bioscience behind that?
Also can Amyl be diluted?
Strange claims on Poppers Aromas EU that a premium product is 95% Amyl. If so what's in the other "amyls"?
These sites are full of promise and consistently under deliver. If only this stuff were legalised and subject to pharmaceutical product laws like other OTC drugs that do much more community harm.
Also your recent links on here don't work for me, are they still live?
And finally, do you still have a link to that awesome hardware-store-rigged dosage mask you created? I seem to have lost those images that I downloaded to my files some time back.
Your work and generosity are always appreciated and glad I ran into you again here, Boss!
Peace and poppers!
PP.

Thomas the Professor......has long claimed that any variation of "amyl" nitrite is too weak to bother with. So your question will get a very biased response from someone who masquerades as the one source authority on all things poppers.

Here's the truth: ALL poppers will seem weak when they are NOT pure enough....such as when they have degraded.....or when they are not well made....or when the alcohols have degraded and no distillation step has been performed to purify the resulting "impure" popper.

Here's another truth: yes....isopropyl, butyl and isobutyl are probably more potent in certain ways.....BUT these particular poppers can easily develop toxic properties, due to impurities, that will induce very nasty effects very quickly.

Amyl nitrite, on the other hand, though it will be weak when it's not pure enough, will most likely NOT possess the same degree of toxic effects as the other common nitrites.

How do I know this? Because I've lived it for the last 13 years - nearly every week, and often every day.

The way the Professor tests for purity of his poppers....is to send out a bunch of samples to fellow popperheads.....and if some of them like it....it's PURE enough....he assumes 95% purity based on those responses.

PutinsPuta,

you can see that Ken (you might remember him as PopperMaker, or Nitritespecialist) is up to his same old tired BS. His brain is a bit softer since you last encountered him, but the song remains the same.

Since Ken is currently in a campaign to rid this forum of makers by telling them lies, he's not only shredded the tiny remnants of credibility he had, but also is responsible for a mass influx of makers on our forum.

thanks kEN!

You can find me (without ken) on the same subreddit that popchef started

Enjoy!

What.....no rebuttal of the facts as stated? Just "cancel culture" mode?

you misunderstand your role in this, and mine.

Your role is NOT to demand attention to every lie that you spew.

My role is NOT to pursuade you that you are doing it wrong.

Your role is to provide wildly inappropriate 'advice', based on your inaccurate 'theories'

My role is to provide the factual information of interest to a maker in developing their own preferred embodiment of the prep.

Any interested reader's role would be to decide who's ideas have merit, and explore ways of contacting the chosen individual for further interaction.
