Anyone else had issues with Aus customs holding their package for 26 days?

I'm in Melbourne and my package from Popper Aromas has been stuck on the status "International arrival - awaiting clearance" for 26 days now.

The wrong phone number was on the label

I've never had to pay duty fees before, not once on these packages from France. But if for whatever reason they needed to call me, they wouldn't reach me.

Otherwise yes I'm just hoping it's caught in a backlog.

Wonder how it turned out for you? Have had PrEP and PT141 seized by border force, they eventually contacted me after ages, and I Wasa le yo get them released . - the first when I emailed a copy of my prescription,and the second when I pointed out that PT141 is not included in Australian legislation banning peptides

After this I stopped buying amyl from overseas as it is illegal, buy from Sydney instead...lovepoppers....
