I noticed an old 30 ml bottle of LRM's JJ Black lying around on its side. I looked inside of it and saw a layer of moist MS4 and a little Kcarb at the bottom of the bottle. I took a tiny whiff. It smelled good, BUT was it still active? This bottle had been lying round at RT for at least a month. The cap was on, but it was not tight.

Lo and behold.....after doing a test session, it had a great aroma and very pleasurable effects.

This is yet another example of how MS4 and Kcarb can preserve a LRM's pentyl nitrite.

It's one of ken's signature styles (and also, incidentally, an indication of mental issues, but that's another issue).

I tried the same spent bottle tonight and had a mind blowing experience with it. I was literally shocked n-amyl nitrite could be that good....and 1000% better than when I first opened it.
