This is Part 1 of my review of Anamyl.

BACKGROUND: This product is marketed as being Australian manufactured. If that is true (which I have no reason to deny), then this is huge news because it's the first time ever this has happened in Australia.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: A++. Very fast response, prompt shipping, and quick updates. Could not be better customer service.

REVIEW - PART 2

To update you guys, I have now tried the first bottle.

My feedback is A+. This is the real deal. From the experience, I would say that it is Amyl/Pentyl, not Isobutyl and definitely not propyl.

It is a smooth experience, sweet-smelling. No harsh effects like skin burn, or headaches, or coughing so far. It caused a smooth, horny feeling and I enjoyed myself a lot. Had a tonne of fun.

I would highly recommend. The only poppers better than this were US Popshop/EU Popshop in the 2014-15 era, which were something else and took you to a different place entirely. Even the recent EU Popshop stuff was not as good.

Kudos to these guys for making their own leather cleaners, rather than taking the easy option of importing and re-selling.

That is very interesting read. When I followed the image link that you provided, https://imgur.com/nQtr7dz, it actually showed my product and my packaging, specifically, Premium subrand of GoldenCockPoppers. They are made in the US in small batches.

I cannot comment on the above-mentioned website, but they appear to not have the stumble short bottle.

What I mean is that in my experience it is butyl/n-butyl that is very smooth, pleasurable, no pumping heart or congestion. You can keep hitting it as much as you like. It's the holy grail of poppers for me.

I did isoamyl/pentyl often in the 2010s e.g. Radikal Rush and Titanium in aluminium bottles, ordered from Poppers Aromas. And although the high was good, they gave me side-effects, particularly anxiety and tinnitus, that simply aren't there with butyl.

I have had the opposite experience from Billy. I have made both isoamyl and amyl nitrite and I have purchased 100 and 500 mls of factory made 95% isoamyl nitrite. One was TCI and the other Alfa Aesar, large chemical companies. And one thing I can say with assurance is that I have had far less side effects with the amyl group than with isobutyl, n-buytl and isopropyl. Perhaps the Titanium amyl was something else or contaminated with something awful like isopropyl nitrite, which is VERY sweet and aromatic....cold to touch and evaporates quickly.

I am not sure what Joe Miller bottled right before he died. Michigan police lab reports said in 2009, the bottles they confiscated were all tested to be butyl nitrite. They didn't specify "n" or "iso", so I assumed normal. There were 13 samples....presumably all Joe Miller's product. This is contrary to what I was being told....that every USA popper was isobutyl. That said, none of the bottles I bought smelled like isobutyl or n-butyl, both of which have distinctly different odors. They are both sweet, but isobutyl is more like a chemical sweet(nail polish) and n-butyl is more like fruit, banana. BUT any number of impurities could impart different odors, making identification more difficult. I didn't have much luck making great n-butyl nitrite, but it was always best when it smelled VERY VERY sweet with ZERO bitterness or funkiness - more like a candy sweet.

Yes...MB and Vit C work together to combat anemia and low blood pressure caused by any of the nitrites.

@Michael....there are many others were doing poppers way before I started. They seem to agree that over the decades, the perceived strength of poppers went down for unknown reasons.

When I bought Joe's poppers in 2008-10, they were all consistently good having no noticeable side effects and no prominent, pungent odor. But they went dead fast. Nothing I bought lasted more than a day...if I recall. The remaining fluid, sometimes half the bottle would be inactive.

Lots of acid, weakness, horrible side effects, ineffectual relaxation of certain orifices and even murkiness of the fluid. I remember buying some that made me feel sick right away, though the fluid looked yellow and transparent. And even weeks/months later, when I retried those poppers, I still got sick right away and called the vendor who didn't give a crap.

BIG CORRECTION!

I have a huge correction to make on my above review. All my comments and positive feedback above relate to Golden Cock Poppers, not Anamyl.

The reason for my confusion was that I was expecting the Golden Cock poppers to arrive after several weeks (from the USA to Australia), whereas I was expecting the Anamyl poppers to arrive earlier this week. I'm actually pretty stunned to learn that the Golden Cock poppers arrived so quickly, way earlier than I had anticipated. It was only after I received the message above from Golden Cock poppers and checked my trash and read the sender's address on the package when I realised the mistaken assumption I had made.

I now suspect that Anamyl is a complete fraud, because their product still has not arrived even though they are in Australia. If it does arrive, I will come back here and correct my post.

I'm glad that I posted the imgur image, and that it was seen by Golden Cock poppers who clarified the situation. When I received Golden's message above, my first reaction was that Anamyl is just buying from Golden Cock and on-selling.

So in summary:

Golden Cock Poppers: Excellent product and service. A+.
Anamyl: Probably a total fraud (if I don't post again here, you can assume they are).

Those asking about the old Joe Miller poppers. Yes they were awesome. Im an older dude. My first time buying and using poppers was around 1987 or 1988. Basic Rush brand. Late teenager then. I would literally spend hours with a porn mag and bottle of poppers. The images would seem to come to life at times. Loved that old formula. And this may or may not be true, but I seem to recall a possible change in formula between the old old stuff when I first started and then sometime later. Late 90s maybe.

Regular users of jj black, Amsterdam. Would be lovely to have something stronger. Shame they're only 10ml. Thinking it might be worth the time to rinse and dry an old jj 30ml bottle to have a larger chamber. Anyone have thoughts on reusing bottles? Do seals fail if they come into contact with different nitrites?
