Hey, can someone recommend a good popper brand I can get in the UK, something that is similar to what used to get 10 years ago, doesn’t give u a headache, and gives you a warm feeling ready for action all night.
Really wish I could get the ones we got years ago. I’ve tried ones you get at prowler and clone zone, they are just not the same.
Any recommendation would be appreciated.
Bought a big toy I really want to get all the way in
Thanks

Just buy from poppers-aromas.eu, delivery takes about 5-6 days from France. No package of mine has ever been opened or seized, customs don't care. Everything in the UK is isopropyl nitrite, which you can't inhale more than twice before getting blue fingers and lips, breathing deteriorates, vision sucks, headaches.
I recommend "Amyl", "Gate" or "Everest". Ultimately, just aim for amyl / pentyl (avoid hexyl, isobutyl, isopropyl) - each of their listings says what's inside the bottle - it's mostly the luck of the draw, because even if you aim for a reputable brand like Jungle Juice, it mostly comes down to how long the bottle has been sitting in their stock room, which you have no way of controlling.

You can't get anything like 10 years ago, from poppers-aromas.eu either. It's all crap. In particular LockerRoom Marketing, the JungleJuice manufacturer weakened all their brands within the last years, with jungleJuice Gold Label Triple distilled being the latest addition.

I only started using poppers maybe 7 years ago and I do agree that JJ "triple distilled" is no different from the regular gold, I thought it was underwhelming given the expectations the bottle gives off (much like the hexyl hype), but I've definitely had some potent bottles before, such as those I mentioned above.
I wonder how much this view of pre-2010 poppers is coloured by rose-tinted glasses.

Important to realise in 2007 The EU (in their infinite wisdom) banned iso butyl nitrite - the key ingredient in UK poppers for at least 30 years.
After that all the reports of ill effects started to appear, including vision loss.

The pre 2010 poppers were definitely not rose tinted glasses! I used to get through tons of the stuff, to the point I became a bit concerned about my health if I carried on long term. Then suddenly they started coming in new bottles with different lids and everything changed, they smelt different and simply didn’t work anymore. You’d get the head rush and all the negative effects but not the muscle relaxing physical effects, they became a total waste of money. At the time it worked out quite well for me as I took it as a sign to give up, but I could sure go for some again.
I tried the products available in the UK and from aromas.eu, they’re all junk that will damage your eyesight as I’ve experienced first hand.

There were good and strong Poppers after the IBN ban in 2007, in 2017 i bought some "Rush" Popp´s from a seller in france, and it was the bomb, warm feeling strong heartbeat and really strong prostate effects. If i take a to strong hit it almost swept me of my feet.It smelled chemical like nail polish remover i think it was IPN. In the beginning of 2018 the Popp´s in Europe lose all there strenght and won´t work anymore, the sellers say it is IPN but it smells different to the stuff in 2017. So i´ve tried many shopp´s in the internet all over Europe and at last from Usa (if they shipp to Europe) and i failed, none of them are working. ;( So if anybody can give us a tip where we can buy stuff that works i will be very grateful.

Absolutely no rose tinted glasses! Before 2007 I vividly recall a strong pulse in the head followed by rapid heartbeat, and then a smooth warm long lasting rush to the head. Yes there was a headache after, but it soon passed.

Jacko yes it was 2007 wasn’t it. If I remember right, the reason isobutyl was banned was because it had the physical effect on the body, making it essentially a drug that required regulation. The way they managed to keep them legal was to change the formulation so they didn’t cause the physical effects any more, but no one was told that and we had to figure it out for ourselves.
One thing I would say that is rose tinted glasses is the myth that the old ones weren’t bad for you, it was pretty obvious they were bad for me! Fun times though, I wouldn’t want to use them regularly again but maybe once in a while. I wonder if things might change now we’re out of the EU.

Happy2 I think I remember reading the French either found a loophole or just ignored the law and started making the real deal again, but it was shut down before I got to try any.

I agree 1000%.....the poppers from 2008-10 were consistently high quality and then when Joe Miller died....everything turned to shit. It's not rose colored glasses. I literally couldn't stand what was turning up on shelves after all his stuff sold.

@Happy2.....if it smelled like nail polish compounds, it was isobutyl nitrite. It most certainly has a pungent, sweet chemical scent similar to nail polish compounds.

The mind-blowing poppers I remember from a decade ago were isobutyl.
For me they were super-addictive! Because they tapped straight into my sexual energy.
Nothing since has compared!
Thankfully I've never done crack! IBN was for me the hardest drug experience I've had.

Also I should say I'm kind of glad I can't get them any more because I don't think they did my respiratory system or nervous system any good. I'm sure my lung capacity has taken a hit and my baseline anxiety has permanently risen, as a lasting consequence of my years of heavy abuse.
