Was coming here for same question. I got frustrated trying to find out which websites are reliable and I ordered a 3pc variety pack with free shipping and so fast a week later I only got one email saying ďyour order is on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received.Ē Iíll update if anything happens but I havenít contacted them yet

So update: PTGO never took my money but they never fulfilled my order. I finally figured out how to contact them and they said weíll have your order to you in 3 days. 7 days later they still never processed the order. Iím gonna try another website and just hope that they never take my money lol

Per your request I have confirmed the terms and conditions pertaining t my purchase. It has been over a month since order #26893 was placed April 19, 2020 paid in full on my card. Now once again, as you requested, I am confirming what I have already confirmed on May 4: how your charge will appear on my bill . Sadly as of this writing I have not received acknowledgement of my email dated May 4 or the item I ordered.

So with all due respect may I ask that PTGO please take one or more of the following action(s):

1. Confirm my communication(s)
2. Ship, confirm shipment and provide tracking data
3. Failing 1 and/or 2 then please refund my $13.00 purchase

I understand these are trying times. I believe I have patient. Now I am concerned.
If I do not hear back then unfortunately I will assume your company is out of business and will instruct my back to charge back the order.

Was about to place an order with them but have not found much positive. There is at least one other thread with the same stuff. Slow/min shipping and customer service with an attitude. I was going to place a small order just to see if things changed but based on the last post, they don't seem to care about the business. Their reply is rediculous. Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to get a lesson about dealing with people.

Stay away from this place. I never received my order and opted for express delivery. They didn't charge my card and then they changed their name to lubestogo.com so I thought that was the holdup but no I never received my order or a response to my e-mail. I screen shot the confirmation page with url incase something fishy happens. This place is definitely not in any type of legitimate business so I don't know why they bother maintaining a website. Makes me wonder what they're doing with everyone's credit card info.

Have ordered from them 3 times. Twice I had to email repeatedly to get them to send my order, and the 3rd time, which was this year, they didn't send at all, or respond to my 3 emails. And yes, they still charged me.

Why would you want to report anything negative. We didnít charge nor make any attempt to charge your card.

We only wanted to try to earn your business by offering alternatives.

And we have been in business many years and have thousands of orders and happy customers.

We were willing to send half the order for you to try and get your ok to send the other half once you were happy with it.

We hope youíll reconsider trying us and seeing that we offer great service and prices.

You earn free products by ordering with us also.

whoever says lubestogo.com is legit is clearly in their circle of scammers. they take your CC info, and only then inform you that you have to circumvent legitimate CC processing by using ApplePay, FB Pay, etc...meaning they don't have either a license (business or CC processing), and cannot be trusted. they are also completely unresponsive to website messages, email and FB. mark them off your list or you may end up getting hacked...at least sorely disappointed by their total lack of professionalism and follow-through with their "unbelievable" prices.

I had exactly the same experience as fester on April 26. Why all the misleading information if there's not something seriously wrong? Now I have to worry about all the sketchy things that could happen. I should know better.

Similar issue to others on here, first issue was back in Jan and gave them a pass thinking it was due to covid. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, confirmed the order and sent Apple pay and order is still on ďholdĒ have emailed more than once without a response. Sad as they used to be reliable and my go to but will be finding another outlet to purchase from.

Treasure island media occasionally has popper sales that look great, and they're obviously a reputable company. I ordered from lubestogo 2 days ago, begrudgingly sent cashapp payment since they only let you use credit card for purchases over $100 (which, in hindsight, is BS. If a credit card won't allow a cardholder to use their card to buy poppers, why would they let it go through for over $100?) but haven't received any response from the guy. I'm hoping I'm not out my money, but I've kissed it goodbye already since you have no dispute ability with these alternate methods of payment. Maybe I can warn others from making the same mistake I made.

Follow-up from my previous post: I placed my order on a Friday night, and the owner finally replied to my email and cashapp payment on Monday, so I guess he doesn't do weekends. Eh, okay.
I just received my order today. I guess my criticism was a little hasty (but justified given the suspiciousness of the 'no credit cards will let you buy poppers, but spend $100 and it's okay',) but my order was right and the price is terrific.

I made an Order on 11 August. Paid via Apple Pay immediately. Itís now 17 SEPTEMBER and I have not gotten my order. I have emailed him several times, both from my confirmation email, but also using the Contact Me link on their website. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

I can say that I have been ordering from PTGO since at least 2010. Ive been quite satisfied. Ive had a couple of situations similar to those stated above, but they were always resolved. That's when I realized that its a very small operation maybe 2-3 people at most, and sometimes I think they just get overwhelmed. They have always been perfect keeping track of the # of my purchases and giving me that free sixth bottle. Louis has even thrown in a bonus or two over the years. You just gotta have patience and don't be a dick. Because its a very small company with a huge market share he can afford to "dump the dicks". They make occasional mistakes but they are honest folks. I pay with the cash app plus the extra $5 for speed and I get my package within 2-3 days wether its a $20 order or a $200.

They are ridiculous; After a month of waiting and I inquire what happened to my order this is what I got. I will never use these fuckers again. I takeoff one time of year. Iím gone a week for Labor Day. So yes I get behind that time of year. I got back and I processed the orders that were paid because people are waiting. Getting the credit card option payments are more time consuming and it took longer because I was buried under all the other orders. But those are out now but it took me a week to catch up so yes, because your order wasnít paid with another payment option, you are two weeks behind. We donít need every order or every customer. We wish you luck
