I believe it is a factor as well. the effects can last for a few days depending how much you use. I am a smoker as well. i have to watch how many times i inhale and stop myself before i do to much. it's not good the next day at the office with the coughing spells.

Sure poppers agitate the membranes. So it is an additional factor, agitating an existing condition caused by smoking.

My wife and I smoke,we accept the risks, and never blow smoke in other peoples faces, like we used to in the 1980s. If I want to light up after a slap up meal I should be allowed to! You should feed your kids at home (fish fingers and baked beans) if you don't like it! I wanna know why Howard is worried about hacking up in the office? Coughing is normal, it is your right.

Prinz, I'm afraid I may have the same thing. Persistent cough, stuffed up sinuses, and small amounts of greenish mucus that I have to forcefully cough up. I've had these symptoms for 2 months now. I went to the doc and had a chest x-ray and the doc said it was clear. Worried sick, how have you managed? Thank you
