85% isobutyl alcohol (ISBA) I would imagine as all alkyl nitrites are manufactured from primary alcohol.

I just received my order from Choice Circuit Cleaners, it took about 8 days and they sent a tracking number which was nice! Its not poppers, its circuit board cleaner, but VERY good quality! Isobutyl according to their customer service, and I think so. Alot like old PWD. They only ship to Canada I think.
