I'm in the UK, and I was wondering if it is legal for me to buy IBN from another country?

I've tried a google search on the legality of doing this but can't find any infromation.

All American websites refuse to do it and I don't know any other countries who sell it legally , there's money to be made from for someone if they can but no one seems to be bothered

I'm in the UK too,
IBN was taken off the shelves in 2007 after the EU banned it. I think it's illegal all over the World now.
