Usually a week and a bit, but this IS the holiday rush, so maybe add a week. I always figure a week delay and when it comes in faster I'm well stocked.

This is a load of bullshit. I ordered twice from them in 2013 - both times Taiwan Blue (they have it, others don't) both times package arrived quick. These hysterical, usually CAPITALIZED posts questioning various retailers after 2 days of ordering are all over this forum.

Orders on the 12/16 and received them yesterday, 12/30. Customer service got back to me quickly and was very apologetic for any delays and offered a discount for future use. I'd reorder again, but temper my expectations on delivery time, I'm just spoiled by Amazon Prime.

UK here too - order came somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks. I just put in a trial order for 2 bottles of Junglejuice platinum.
Of all the stuff i tried in the last couple of months, this is the real thing... deffinate rush and well, relaxed in all the right places.

After a 3rd round of back-and-forth emails to determine shipping status (after the recommended +14 days), Customer Service was not able to give any definitive tracking status. It wasn't showing in the system. The 1st email response was *incredibly* nice, 1st time buyer.... so sorry your shipment hasn't arrived... happy to ship again. 2nd and subsequent emails got shorter... The weather's been bad on the East Coast.... so delays, yeah...

Well, in the end we figured the package just got lost. To cut a long story short, the reshipment got to me in 11 days. So I guess it was bad luck. They solved it though. But yeah, I was getting frustrated.

Hope everyone is weathering the winter...

However powerpoppers.com has much much better reviews. And the custermer service is fantastic. Plus check out the 2 websites. They stock the excate same items. BUT powerpoppers has rush ultra nd net dosent. But but their sites are basically identical. Even down to the describtions. They r like sister companys i think.
