Heavily Poppers Usage

I have used poppers extensively for a long time (19 years). I am now experiencing quite a lot of side-effects. I would love to talk to a doctor who is specifically specialized in the field of poppers-use, or an expert on this field.

Does anybody has a name for me ? Thanx.

No but I can recommend different thing that helped me:

Bikram Hot Yoga (this was the no.1 thing)
Kundalini yoga
Weightlifting ('Starting Strength' course)
Neurofeedback / neurostimulation
12-Step addiction groups e.g. SAA, SLAA
Acceptenace & Commitment Therapy
Singing bowls, gong baths
Getting back into music... Can enter into hypnotic state through music
Changes to diet (less processed food, more fruit/veg/fish)
Cutting use of caffeine and alcohol
Cutting consumption of social media & news
Spending more time in non-triggering situations
Helping others
Trying to develop a spiritual life

But you need to keep working at all this stuff... It's a lifelong journey towards health/sobriety. The fundamental problem for me anyway was anxiety, depression, repressed emotions, etc. I'm back in a kind of grey state since Covid hit, but I know the path back to normality is still out there.
