I apologise guys, but I must change my review of this particular popper from Poppers Aromas EU:

https://www.poppers-aromas.eu/big-poppers/107-amyl-poppers-5.html

This is the bottle labelled "AMYL". I previously described this as the 'Best of the Best' but I now must cancel that high praise.

This causes a horrible, extreme cough that lasts for days. I thought it was a once off, but it is not.

AVOID.

Do I still recommend Poppers Aromas EU? Yes I do, they have many excellent products and overall I have been very satisfied. However, please avoid this one. Yes the high you feel is nice, but it's not worth the terrible cough. Avoid.

I think with Poppers-Aromas you fell for one of the oldest tricks. A popper company will send "the good stuff" when a customer makes their first order.

Customer is impressed! Tells everyone about it! Places a much larger second order.

Only this time, it is not the good stuff that the customer receives, but the bathtub isopropyl :-(.

No worries for the popper company, there's always another customer coming along soon.

Billy your story is not true. I can assure you that f.ex. poppers-aromas is selling amyl when they claim that the bottle is containing amyl and isopropyl when they announce so.
The customs of my country has analysed the products which I had ordered. The second thing is that poppers aromas or other Eu sellers are not operating in grey market which means that their products must be what stated.

The Everett isopentyl nitrite I bought from Aromas in France was awful. It had a very unpleasant funky camphor odor. Fresh isopentyl has a slightly fruity odor. This off odor is nothing like what I've smelled with n-pentyl nitrite.

There is probably some truth to what Billy said. This is was under AMYL / Fist hard brand on Poppers-Aromas. Direct quote from Poppers aroma:
“ Nov 2021 update: Due to an amyl alcohol shortage worldwide, this supplier used propylic alcohol as one of the ingredients in this reference. Formulas will be back to normal next February and we regret this situation we’re dependent on. Therefore, no return or exchange will be accepted for this brand. ”

I suspect some people made a complaint and they investigated.

Oh, that's an interesting development. Well spotted!

No, there was no truth in Billy's first message. He claimed isopropyl is sold universally as amyl in Europe and when you buy more than once you get isopropyl instead of amyl. This poppers-aromas message shows that the sellers are honest. And they must be because authorities can analyse the products.

@Anonymous point taken. I do not think poppers aroma eu deliberately sell isopropyl in their products that say Amyl. They are one of the few places that clearly state what they are selling- amyl/propyl/Pentyl. Which is why it is so popular. People like to know what they are using. I think the maker of the specific brands might have but done it but did not want to disclose that they had done it. Poppers Aromas found that out and disclosed it to keep their integrity intact.
