Sure, you just have to order from US small batch makers Artisanal Cleaners or Golden Cock Poppers. I'm in the UK and have had IBN from both of them within the past few months.

I get my isobutyl from Russia and Chinese AliExpres. In combination with amyl it's decent stuff. But of course you can never be sure what's inside though.
