the rest is valuable to a chemist involved in many types of nitrosation, but $150 for 9 pages of information about alkyl nitrites?

There are three chapters on the subject of Nitric Oxide alone with information not collated anywhere else. An entire chapter on O-Nitrosation. I found over half of the book invaluable. as I mentioned prior; IF the text in question is of interest to ANY chemist; it looks like it would be a decent resource. University doesn't spit out students that are up-to-date on EVERY aspect of chemistry; the matriculate able to THINK in a critical and methodical manner.

A post grad usually tries to keep up through a trade journal of some sort, but if your have a primary focus in nitrosation, it might be worth $150 (since nitric oxide was deemed 'molecule of the year' (1992) there has been a wellspring of research.
