Hi guys,

I need to update my review of Poppers Aromas from France.

I previously posted a review here, stating that I have put this company on my "Black List" and that I will never buy from them again because of a harsh cough that I suffered after using their product.

I judged their product too early, as I had only tried one of their bottles. I have now tried the other bottles in the package, and I suffered no cough at all, and I also have great feedback on the effect of the high. Even the first bottle I tried no longer produced the cough. It also seems to last well and I didn't even bother doing the smart thing of transferring the liquid into a smaller bottle when I wanted to sniff. I just kept huffing from the same large bottle each time.

I can't really explain why I had a cough previously and now do not experience the coughing (even when I use the first bottle), I can't really understand that phenomenon but perhaps someone might know or have an explanation.

These guys are now definitely now on my White List and I intend to buy from them again.

I don't know why someone responded to my earlier post with "They are crap. You will see".

If people are really interested, I can post photos of the exact poppers which I tried.

Also, I am from Australia (Sydney) and they arrived just fine.

How do they compare though to Goldencock and Artisanal?

And in case people are trying to blame poppers for this lack of sleep, no it's not because of poppers since I haven't used them since last weekend.

I've never really been able to make my mind up about poppers-aromas.eu. But one thing for sure is - it's better than any UK iso propyl crap that ruins your eyesight.

@Billy Hi ordered jj platinum and jj Black label 10mm bottles as I'm on a budget.I was really pleased,Ive had them for a couple of weeks and still smell fresh,this is on the back of buying poppers from stores local to me that went stale within a couple of days to my complete annoyance.This has happened over the last year,I imagine as stock had been sitting around because of covid.
The 2 bottles that I mentioned above come with the old style tops that screw shut tightly and hadn't loosened as sometimes even the older tops seem slightly loose from shops that I have used,well these ones needed a good twist to open and you could hear the fizz on first opening.The packaging was first class with proper foam inserts that held them completely secure and quick too considering they came to the UK from France,I ordered on the Friday and they came wednesday morning,and that's good going considering the weekend.
I have really enjoyed the poppers and will be back.

Its good that the supplier checks and reads these.

To be fair, i do order from them. Hit and miss on what you get but i don't go anywhere else as they get it right most of the time. Sometimes (rarely) you'll order AMyl and CLEARLY is ISOProypl but its not often. I mailed them and they credited my account. They did say it wasn't but the smell is so apparent. Its like ordering apple juice and getting orange juice - you can tell!

I'm not sure LRM's poppers are as good or better than Joe Miller's poppers, but they are the best I've bought OTC since he died.

I would suggest placing a layer of anhydrous potassium or sodium carbonate in the LRM poppers. Mine have remained acid free, potent and sweeter for 2 months now because of it. Anything added to poppers must be free of water, so it must be anhydrous.

I would add that the hexyl nitrite from LRM smells good...like citrus lime...but it's noticeably weaker than the amyl. When it's fresh, it's more fun and interesting. But it's always weaker than amyl.

@Toby....buy some anhydrous sodium or potassium carbonate and add a layer to the bottom of your poppers....you can do this as soon as they start to smell acidic or when first opened. Should be easy to get on Amazon. Molecular sieves can be beneficial to help keep it drier...either MS3 or MS4. But I would try the carbonates first to see if they are sufficient.

OK I'm back. :-)

To answer your questions, the poppers I tried from Poppers Aromas EU were all 30ml, being:

1. AMYL;
2. JACKED;
3. FIST;
4. JJ Black.

The first three were all the same, and all excellent. The JJ Black was OK, I think it's a bit overrated and I prefer the first 3.

To compare to other sites:

1. Goldencock: Their only product which is good is the Amyl one. It's unique and I will continue to buy it. It's smooth but also really puts me in a horny mood. A+

2. Artisanal: Their only product which is good is Kaboom! It is for times when you want a huge, powerful hit. Harsh but when you're in the mood for something intense, this is perfect. A+.

3. Anamyl: Too weak, not recommended.

Is Goldencock and Artisanal better than Poppers Aromas EU? No, But they're different and useful for different moods.

In summary, the 3 companies on my "White List" for future purchases are Poppers Aromas EU, Goldencock and Artisanal. I score all at A+.

Also for background, I only use poppers for bating solo, so please bear that in mind with my ratings, I can't comment on ass relax. When I meet people in real life, I feel too awkward to use poppers in case they find it "icky" or weird or a turn-off. In any case, I don't need it for ass relax since I don't have anal sex. Most of my encounters are with either women or str8 acquaintances, open-minded folk who like to get massaged and sucked off (and who say things like "It's not gay if there is no kissing, fucking or general eye-contact" ;-) . I feel more comfortable around such people.

@Toby....I'm assuming the JJ Black was the only LRM popper you bought from PA in France. You stated it was just "OK". The first week of July 2021, I bought one 30 ml JJ Black and two 10 ml JJ Black. I've already placed a number of reviews on them. What I have found is they get better with age and have lasted 2 months at RT with the addition of Kcarb. Perhaps they are getting weaker, more dilute, which makes constant inhalation more possible. Plus the cat piss odor becomes much less. That fact they have lasted months at RT indicates strongly to me that LRM has high quality standards, which the manager of LRM in Canada conveyed to me on the phone.

Wait until they are totally dead before you make a final assessment.

1. the reason they lasted as long as they did; you added potassium carbonate. the nitrite wouldn't have lasted as long without it.

2. you prefer a weak nitrite; locker room knows that weak nitrites don't produce decomposition products as quickly, because they are less reactive. they said it themselves; in their opinion, Butyl based nitrites are hard to make. that translates to "they are hard to preserve" and when compared to Amyls and Hexyls, that has some truth to it; butyls and above, being more reactive, are decomposing more quickly.

they either don't know (unlikely) or don't care to bother preserving them appropriately.

As I've state over and over again....IPN, IBN and BN are all strong and can give strong, pleasant, over the top effects, BUT being more toxic, they will cause anemia and low blood pressure far sooner than the amyl group. And that's what EVERYONE who wants to use poppers NEEDS to know.

BUT they ARE ALL toxic and NONE of them should be inhaled in vast quantities hours on end, day after day.

He has an aversion to anything better than n-Amyl because of his experiences (and likely damage to his metabolism) with his own attempts. He claims I don't know what he's done because I didn't GC test his stuff;

In truth, it doesn't take a GC test to know that , for example, his failed ethyl nitrite (which was liquid and he called 'death in a bottle" ;-) was heavily contaminated by nitRATe. Ethyl nitrite is a gas, and his product wasn't. Ethyl nitrite is part of an over-the-counter flu remedy; if it were death in a bottle, it would be outlawed.

Isopropyl nitrite; well, it should be a liquid, yes, but his aroma description of very sweet reveals the presence of acetates, which decompose to nitRATe. I've tested my own nitrites, and there is a clear correlation between sweetness and high acetate content. The pdf i posted earlier demstrates the decomposition chain, e.g. it starts with cleaving the nitrite into an alkoxy radical and nitric oxide, ten there's a cascade of acetates, acids and nitrates and nitRATes form from the acetates.

So no, I didn't test HIS stuff, but the presence of sweet aroma indicates acetate, and acetate directly decomposes to nitRATe
