So ive been trying this method but not necessarily using a sippy cup,
Ive tried nescafe reg jar and a vitamin bottle with the quick cap how much should i be putting on the cotton or hand paper and how often should i be swapping them out?

About one-fifth of the bottle.

Do poppers corrode plastic?

So should only be dispensed into glass or metal?

They don't corrode plastic.

Thats 3ml on a 15ml are u sure thats not to much and how often would you change the absorbent material out?

I used a glass spice jar for my last session.

At the base I put a square of fabric cut from a yellow duster.

Then I'm sure I poured in way too much from the poppers bottle!

I don't think this was a really effective method, because when I'd remove the aluminium lid for a snort, a lot would escape / be oxygenated.

So a sippy-cup bottle would be more suitable.

By the way I threw out the absorbent material at the end of each session. Then next time round, fresh material and more of the poppers. As otherwise it would go stale rapidly.

I use a standard size glass eye dropper. Pull out about half an eye dropper full and squirt it into a large empty plastic vitamin bottle with a small chunk of paper towel in the bottom. Seems to work well.
