After testing 3 Jungle Juice bottles, made by Lockerroom in Delta, BC, Canada, I can say they are NOT good. Nothing on par with Joe Miller's circa 2008-10. They don't give a rush/euphoric high at all. They barely relax the ass and they make me feel a bit uncomfortable. Packaging is great...and I didn't get any bad side effects....the only two pluses.

I was so hoping they would be good enough to keep buying because I'm tired of the mess required to make them and all the possible variation.

Also, the Everest Premium, isoamyl nitrite, was very similar to Lockerroom's...not good. Has a London address on the label.

About 5 hours later, I tested all my bottles again. The 3 Lockerroom bottles all have a very similar odor. Two have the Black Label, one has the Gold. Odor is akin to slightly sweet paint thinner, sometimes like nail polish, with a hint of leather scent. The odor is not light and aromatic or easy to take a deep sniff that fills the nostrils. There could be vegetable oil in it to decrease volatility.

EFFECTS: the effects did build after taking persistent hits. There was more pleasure, stronger ass relax and a more engaged mental state. These poppers definitely are slow builds and not instant rushes. The label says they are in the amyl group and I believe it's true. The slight nail polish scent reminds me of isobutyl nitrite, but it's not nearly as sweet and pungent as that.

Compared to Joe Miller's poppers circa 2008-10, Lockerroom's poppers are much slower acting, with a distinct odor, that's not particularly sweet or aromatic, but not entirely unpleasant either. I am not prepared to pick a "winner" until I've tested Lockerroom's poppers more thoroughly, but initially, I thought they weren't as good.

After more than a decade, you should know that you can't make a reasonable assessment of a nitrite that has been shipped from overseas.

Even the lower nitrites such as Amyl degrade significantly during transport; the nitrite you're sniffing is nothing like the nitrite the parent country's citizens are sniffing.

If you want to feel important, and describe the evolution of the decomposition gasses with fanciful terms (grapefruit with a hint of parsely, etc.) , well, I simply don't understand doing so; it's a known thing and you , , as you yourself say, are simply seeking attention.

24 hours later, I have tested one of the Lockerroom Black Jungle Juice bottles I bought from Popper-aromas. It released a little bit of gas upon opening. Odor is still similar. Effects are similar to before....slow, but quickly build with persistent hits. Very strong ass relax. So...even though the bottle has been opened for over 24 hours, it hasn't gone dead.

The odor is not something I love, but I imagine it might appeal to the leather crowd. It's a complex odor with hints of leather and paint thinner.

So far I have experienced ZERO side effects. It's looking real good for Lockerroom poppers.

Thanks for this write up. It's quite informative.

I've tried the jungle juice gold in australia, and description you said is basically identical to what I get. It's good to know that these poppers are mostly consistent. Also very interesting to know that the jungle juice gold is amyl based? I could have sworn it was isobutyl given the scent.

@v1000...glad my thorough review has helped someone. I also just tested the JJGold, 10ml from Lockerroom. It was cheaper for some reason, but the odor is very similar. It seems a bit stronger than the JJBlack, 10ml. It says it's pentyl on the label and I believe it is - based on odor and effects. I hit it very very hard taking big extended whiffs and it just made the positive effects seem stronger without any strange unpleasant side effects....but it did take me about 5 minutes of abstinence to feel totally NOT under the influence.

I've detected a glue scent in addition to the paint thinner, nail polish and leather scents. It's quite complex. I think some of these odors are coming from additives.

I don't believe there is powder or a dessicant ball in any of mine. It's hard to see with the bottle being encased in a label.
