Any recommendations on knowing when it's time to take the next hit?

Those popperbate instruction videos are called what? there is a term..i forgot. But anyway they are mainly like a "master and servant" thing with a lot of techno music and video clips, yeah? Maybe you should try skype as alluded to above, there are plenty of guys here offering that :-) I mean how can you judge and say like wait x seconds or whatever. No rules, depends on the individual, Dong. Or maybe there is a "poppers instructor" could be a profession, like Certified Poppers Instructor. The internet is a crazy place, I wonder if such a thing exists?

once a week is enough for me then I have a break. you should treat poppers like a treat. like a chocolate cheesecake....do not overdo it...feels nice at the time.. but not so great when you gain weight :-)
