It’s Isopentanol (amyl alcohol), and it’s also used in perfumes and food flavourings so likely won’t fuck you up too much. It’s one of the ingredients used to make amyl nitrite.

Guessing it may have either been added in excess to modify the volatility and stabilise the nitrite, or just left over from incomplete manufacturing reaction. Either way, good on them for putting it on the label.
