I've seen picture of guys who seem to have really loose holes. You can actually seen the internal layer of their rectum and their anus has basically become the size of a large soda bottle. Now while this isn't something I would do personally, this anal stretching thing still intrigues me.

To people who have achieved this, does your anus actually eventually return to its normal size? I've seen a video of a guy who's anus was literally hanging out. I'm not sure if it was because he was old, but it was completely loose to the point of losing all function.
