I've come across a few of these poppe trainer videos before, but I'm not entirely sure what they're meant to do exactly. So you basically follow what the video tells you to do, but why do you need the video in the first place? I mean can't you can just take hits whenever you want?

Is there something I'm missing out on, because these videos tend to have a lot of views and a lot of positive ratings.
